Maternity clothes are awful there’s no way you can convince me otherwise BUT these Lululemon Align Super High Rise Pants are AH-MAZING! They are the only pant that doesn’t roll down my belly during yoga or throughout the day. I love them pre and post pregnancy and I’m here to tell you why.

Pelvic floor yoga has been a life changer for my overall health. It’s not only repaired my pelvic floor after childbirth but also strengthened it where I can confidently say I’ve experienced no dysfunction after my pregnancy with Eddie 🕺🏼🎉

Reminder: Pelvic floor dysfunction can happen to both men and women most commonly as we age. I want to share the benefits of pelvic floor yoga so that others are aware that there’s a natural way to repair your pelvic floor muscle. It’s disturbing how many stories people have told me that their doctor said their dysfunction is something they’ll just have to live with. NOT TRUE! I’m living proof that you can get your pelvic floor back into shape just like any other muscle in your body if you’re willing to put in the work.
