I have this conversation every day in my clinic. Wifi causes so much cellular stress / damage. The higher the “G” the more extensive the damage. 5G is a threat to everyone’s health. Put your Wifi modem on a timer so it shuts off at bedtime and is back on in the day when you need it. Keep your cell phones on airplane, if it’s your landline and you need it on, keep in the hallway outside your bedroom door. If you need an alarm clock beside you buy one for $20 that runs on batteries. These little changes can be profoundly beneficial and can significantly reduce your daily total exposure, especially your kids. They have extensive exposure all day in school, then at home. This is so disheartening. Check out Dr Jack Kruse - he is an expert on EMFs.
