Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing for kids with Brenda Yoga Nidra for Kids is an innovative mindfulness meditation tool designed to promote relaxation and reduce anxiety.

This unique experience combines soothing sound bowls and meditation with a captivating galaxy of stars, creating a serene environment. My name is Brenda and addition to my full-time career, I am a 2-time certified Sound Healing Practitioner, an Informed Trauma Therapist and Kids Yoga Teacher. I have worked with kids in competitive gymnastics for over 30 years. I have seen a change in children over time but I've noticed it more in the past four years. There is an "epidemic" of anxiety among children that I have and many others have witnessed. My goal and mission is to provide children the tools and care that they deserve to over come, find self-regulation and enjoy a life of ease and calm. As a child I suffered greatly from anxiety and worked my entire life on my own to read, learn, effort and find a way, to not just control my anxiety, but to be free from it all together. I know that anyone can be free as well with a little guidance. Information is worth sharing especially if others are suffering.

Hello folks, I have some good and bad news. I will be pausing the Kids Yoga Nidra at the Spanish River Community Centre. I have just recently secured a dedicated spot to run some CHILDREN'S TUMBLING classes and activities! I'm very excited about this new venture!

I am just working through some logistics to get started so keep watch! I'll leave this page open until my sessions begin and then I will switch over to my new page.

Thank you to all the little meditation yogis that attended and I hope to see you at my future location in Sydney.

I will keep everyone posted once all the plans are in place. See you soon!

Hello my friends, it seems this cold I got last week has a lingering cough attached. It wouldn’t be very peaceful if I were coughing during meditation. 😳 🤧
Looks like I will have to reschedule again for this evening… Sorry to disappoint, but I will be back up and running next week! Have a wonderful weekend and do something that makes you feel good! 🙏🥰
