Introduction
I am Ronda and have been a yoga instructor in Sylvan Lake for the past three years, specializing in both land and SUP yoga. After working in health care for 20 plus years and always having the afterburners running, I realised I needed a shift. I made the choice to become a yoga instructor, focusing on trauma care, and mental health support. Leading others allows me to be accountable to myself, my students, and my community. I would be honoured to lead you on your yoga journey.
