February dates are:
Mondays Feb. 2, 9, 16, 23 from 9-10am
Wednesdays Feb. 4, 11, 18, 25 from 9-10am
Saturdays Feb 7, 14, 21, 28 from 10-11am
$60.00 for each 4 week session
$120.00 for the 2 classes
$170.00 for the 3 classes
Classes are held at 5030 50th St. Sylvan Lake

We have reached capacity for the smaller studio.
This means:
More space between mats- and with that more space for more Yogis!!

Through gongs, crystal singing bowls and intuitive light language, she creates deeply restorative experiences aligned with lunar energies, supporting release, balance and soulful reconnection.
Lesa Mackie is a 500 hr. E-RYT yoga instructor and Reiki Master for over 8 years. I lead with my heart using universal energies to tap into intuition to guide powerful, impactful, life altering yoga classes. As a reiki master I use intuitive guidance to locate areas of stagnant energy to facilitate release in the pose and via vibration produced by sound.

Back to class today after a 3 week break! My heart is full and am so humbly grateful for the amazing community of yogis we are building. This space is for my loyal regulars, for my brand newbies, for the ones who haven’t hit their mat in 5 years and those who have been to class twice.

This class is for the humans that just want to show up and connect with other humans.

We laugh. We cry. We swear. We fall out. And we get back in!
This space, this class it for them. For you! With all my heart and soul, I am so grateful for all these amazing humans that fill this space! And I get to lead them❤️❤️
