Niyama- internal practices.
Let your thoughts pass through the gate of truth. What evidence do you have that a “thought” is accurate?
Can we move through letting our limiting thoughts go? And remember- it’s not a yoga perfect. It’s a yoga practice.

You can live the values/ philosophy of yoga without ever stepping in a studio!
