My goal is to revolutionize yoga within our community by making it inclusive and approachable for all. I've noticed a trend of 'influencers' showcasing overly complex poses that, after 9 years of teaching, I wouldn't even know how to attempt myself or cue in a class.

While yoga is meant to be progressive, with increasing flexibility and mind-body connection, these influencers are inadvertently creating a barrier for the average person by prioritizing social media likes over authentic practice.

I invite you to join me on a journey to reclaim yoga's true spirit. Attend any class without self-judgment, and stay tuned for virtual classes, all inperson will have hybrid options, and innovative ways to make yoga accessible to all.
