So so grateful that I got to lead a group of 16 amazing ladies through a balancing, empowering and intentional Full Moon Yin Yoga practice this evening! I have some of the best supporters cheering me on, who fill the spaces I offer and show up to embrace their connection to themselves and others. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
