And we're also delving into moving the ribcage relative to the shoulder girdle - all within a range of movement that doesn't introduce pain. "Really insightful! I learned my low back pain was from my tight hip flexors and lame glutes not working together. We went through some simple movements and she helped me find where I was compensating and also what to do about it. When I feel back pain coming on, I can stop myself from going full on into pain again. Working on shoulders next."

FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 19 at 9am! Join Pam Lough as she guides you through Intro class for Yoga Therapy for Shoulders and Hips.

When it comes to pain relief, stretching and strengthening is only half the picture.

Our bodies are a system, and when they are not coordinating well and compensating, we run into pain and mobility issues.

Introductory Yoga Therapy class is Friday, September 19 at 9:00am. See if this class will help you give you an understanding of your patterns and provide tools to support you. If so, you are welcome to continue with Pam in her 8 week program starting Friday October 3 at 9am. Come try it out!
