September Slow Flow Yoga Classes. Sign up has begun. Classes available on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7pm. Beginning week of September 8. Session runs for 4 weeks or ask about single class availability. (4weeks/1class per week $45. Single class is $15) Small groups, so spaces fill up fast. Location is Tavistock. Message me to book your spot soon.
