We’re thrilled to share that Stacey Scaman, RD has been appointed as our Director of New Developments and Special Projects! 👏

Stacey brings incredible experience to this role—having supported dozens of Homes, Nutrition Managers and Dietitians over the years, led advocacy groups like OSNAC and FNAT, and earned awards for innovation and excellence in Seniors’ nutrition and food service. Her leadership and passion for advancing food and nutrition standards make her the perfect fit for this position.

In this role, Stacey leads our newly launched division: Seasons Care Food Service Consultants. This division focuses on new builds, redevelopments, and special projects, delivering expertise in kitchen design, operational planning, compliance, and innovative solutions that elevate food service in seniors care.
