EXPEDITE YOUR RESULTS
We’ve all heard the saying, “You are what you do repeatedly.”
Makes sense.
If you eat like s**t and don’t do s**t, you’ll probably feel like s**t and not have the body you want.
Vice versa, if you eat well and move your body daily, you’ll probably feel good and have the body you’re after.
SOLUTION: To be and feel better, do better s**t repeatedly.
Unfortunately, that’s easier said than done.
Enter ACCOUNTABILITY.
On average, we’re much better at staying accountable to others than we are to ourselves.
Generally, it doesn’t feel good to let someone down, so we work exponentially harder to avoid that. Why?
Because, selfishly, we don’t want to feel bad for making someone else feel bad.
Now that we understand this, we can use it to our advantage.
