                                            Cozy, grounding, and hormone-loving 🍠☕
This Sweet Potato Latte is rich in magnesium and beta-carotene — a soothing way to calm your nervous system, support hormone balance, and embrace the comfort of fall.
A hint of cardamom adds warmth and a touch of spice 💛
Ingredients:
* ½ cup mashed roasted sweet potato
* 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk or your favourite milk
* ½ cup hot water or brewed coffee 
* ½ tsp cinnamon
* ¼ tsp cardamom
* ⅛ tsp nutmeg
* ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
* Stevia to taste, or 1 tsp agave 
* Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
* 1 scoop collagen or vanilla protein powder
1. Roast sweet potato until soft (20–25 min at 400°F).
2. Blend sweet potato with milk, water/coffee, spices, vanilla, sweetener, salt, and protein until smooth and frothy.
3. Pour into a mug, sprinkle a little extra cinnamon or nutmeg, and enjoy warm.
