Many people don’t realize that histamine isn’t only related to pollen and environmental triggers — certain foods can also naturally contain histamine or encourage histamine release in the body.

For some individuals who struggle with seasonal allergies, temporarily reducing high-histamine foods may help support overall comfort.

Some foods that tend to be higher in histamine include:
• Chocolate
• Cured meats
• Fermented foods
• Spinach
• Strawberries
• Tomatoes
Some lower-histamine options may include:
• Blueberries
• Cabbage
• Cauliflower
• Fresh meats

Start your day with warm lemon or lime water — now with a sprig of fresh rosemary for an extra boost! 🌿🍋

Why try it?
• Hydration – supports your body first thing in the morning

How to make it:

When you chop or crush garlic, an enzyme (alliinase) reacts with a compound (alliin) to form allicin — the powerhouse behind garlic’s health benefits.✨
