Please welcome McKenna, RMT! 👏🏼

Mckenna attended the Massage Therapy program at Georgian College where she graduated with honours in 2022. Her passion for Massage Therapy began as a Provincial level gymnast where she faced many injuries herself and experienced the benefits of Massage Therapy throughout her training.

McKenna is passionate about tailoring each treatment plan geared toward your individual needs. She offers a combination of Swedish Massage, deep tissue Massage, fascial stretching, trigger point therapy, cupping therapy, relaxation techniques and prescribes homecare exercises during treatments so you leave feeling your best.

Nina enjoys life by the beach with her husband, their wonderful daughter, and two beloved dogs. Her journey has been marked by significant challenges, including a diagnosis of type 1 diabetes at the age of 13 and the heart-wrenching experience of consecutive stillbirths in 2018 and 2019. These life-altering events have shaped Nina into a compassionate and empathetic individual, with a unique perspective on care and kindness.

Nina graduated from George Brown College in 2009 with a diploma in Health Information
Management. Over the next 15 years, she honedher expertise in many areas at an acute care facility. Yet, a yearning for something more led her to explore new avenues.

​In 2023, Nina ventured into the world of cosmetic tattooing, completing a mentorship in the Airy Powderbrow technique. This approach emphasizes a subtle and natural look, aligning perfectly with Nina's "less is more" philosophy. She also became double certified in Lash Lift & Tint, a process that involves lifting or curling the natural lash and applying color, usually black, to enhance its appearance. Continuing her quest for knowledge and excellence, Nina completed a transformative mentorship in 2024, specializing in Ink-less Scar and Stretch-mark Revision. This innovative technique involves using a tattoo pen to create micro-channels in the dermis, breaking up old collagen strands and stimulating the production of new elastin fibres. Combined with specially selected serums, this method helps the skin repair itself, significantly reducing the appearance of scars and stretch marks. Nina takes immense pride in her continuous learning and dedication to her practice, always striving to offer the best care and results for her clients. Her life is a testament to resilience, growth, and the unwavering belief that the universe has a plan for everyone.

💫Please welcome Sue Underhill, Registered Physiotherapist!

Sue is a veteran in the physiotherapy industry, having owned and operated her own physio clinic for over 25 years.

Looking for an opportunity to continue to help clients reach their physical goals, and at the same time work alongside fellow health practitioners, she is thrilled to join the Bayside team. Sue loves the assessment process: particularly meeting people and forming relationships, using her strong diagnostic skills to narrow down the cause of the problem, then educating clients on the nature of their issue and how best to tackle it. She uses a combination of manual techniques, modalities, acupuncture and a personalized exercise prescription.

Sue's passion is exercise and her treatments tend to focus on encouraging her clients to keep moving with their personalized home programs and progressions during treatment sessions.

She walks the walk and talks the talk; with her gang of girlfriends at her side, she is an avid cross fitter, swimmer, runner, nordic skier and cyclist Sue lives with her family and her animals and her vegetable garden on a farm near Creemore.
