In May, we recognize Women's Health and Mental Health Awareness. 3 Questions to ask yourself if you're struggling to adopt the habits that lead to the changes you want to see.

1. In what ways are you supporting yourself in making this change a part of your normal routine?

2. Do you believe that this change is possible for you?

3. Do you see yourself as the person who embodies that lifestyle?

Often when we start a new habit, mental blocks will show up and do their best to convince us that change is not possible. In order to move from someone who eats healthy sometimes to a person who consistently chooses more nutritious food options, the view we have of ourselves needs to change as well. Who we are is the result of what we continually do.
