Our 2nd session of Soundbath therapy with Patrick was a hit! Hoping to continue these sessions monthly going forward so that more of our community members get to experience their calming and restorative benefits.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for such a peaceful, powerful, and truly unforgettable Singing Bowls experience. The energy in the room was something special — calm, connected, and deeply relaxing.

We are so grateful to Ankita from The Queens Family Pharmacy and the amazing team at The Queens Health Centre for bringing this beautiful experience to our community… and of course, to the one and only Patrick Greig, whose talent continues to leave us all feeling lighter, calmer, and completely restored. 🎶✨
