Do you sync your habits to your cycle?
Your hormones are at their lowest levels during menstruation. This is a great time to slow down and breathe deeply. Focusing on release and rest.
Give these shapes a try. Which one is your favourite?

I am reclaiming my WILDNESS. Are you?

These are the moments I will treasure always. Thank you Mom for always being my biggest supporter and believing in me even when I don’t. Thank you for one last practice in our space.
Side story:
the last time we were in this exact spot was when you were the only one who showed up on a Friday evening for Yoga Dance. We decided to just do legs up the wall and chat. I told you, you were going to be a Grandma and we cried and hugged.
Love you to the moon and back 🌙❤️

"It took me months to do what some women accomplish in weeks. I felt very alone in my recovery, trapped in an aching transformed misshapen body I felt ashamed of, embarrassed by, and even apologetic for.

I wanted to work out but I didn’t have anyone who could watch Eloise. I wanted to go for long walks in the country but she would always cry, and if I didn’t get home fast enough, she’d scream which made me want to scream. I got anxiety. All the time. A constant nauseous feeling in my stomach over my desire take care of my baby and inability to do the same for myself."

Artist and mother, .co (Instagram). Thank you for your words, we're amazed by the beauty that radiates through this image 🤍

Reshare from my studio page.
I’ve decided to move my women’s health posts back to this page and keep the studio separate. I have so much I want to share about my pre/postnatal journey and I feel it’s better suited to my own page.

Long time no see!
If you have been following this page and enjoying the content in lease head over to
I will be moving my content over there. I’m finding it too difficult to manage multiple pages at this time but still have content on women’s health to share. So head over to my studio page! 🧘‍♀️🙏🏽♥️

One of the best things you can do for your postpartum recovery if possible is hire a postpartum doula. Doulas are experts in helping families connect in their new life together.

Here are some of the ways they can help you in your postpartum journey:
🌸 You can hire them for daytime or night time support - whenever you need it most
🌸 Your doula can help guide you through your postpartum recovery and any challenges that may come up
🌸 They are full of knowledge to be able to share ideas for anything new parent related
🌸 They can prepare simple healthy meals
🌸 They are there for YOU - however you need them - to vent, to cry, or just a hug. You doula has your back 💕

These are just a few ways but there are so many more.

If you are in BC, you can use the "find a doula" feature on their website to find your postpartum doula and for other areas, check out

Postpartum doulas, depending on the area, generally charge between $25-50 ph. If you are Indigenous in BC, you may be able to get a grant from the BCAAFC doula grant program which provides $1000 to be used towards birth or postpartum doula support. The also have expanded their volunteer doula support to postpartum for low income families with a referral from a care provider, social worker, community nurse etc.
