1YEAR! It's officially been 1 year since I made the leap from organizational work to being independent and what a year it has been. It's not without challenges but overall it has been a great success. I have to say a heartfelt thanks to all of my friends, the Communities and organizations that have supported. Summer Reilly, my training partner who has encouraged me and worked along side. I'll try to name most. Thunderbird Friendship Centre, Onigaming, NAN Legal, KO Tribal Council and NAN Hope, Wapekeka, Ginoogaming, NAN, friends from Sandy Lake, Northern Nishnawbe Education Council, Mishkeegogamang and the Cristal Lake IRS Initiative, Men's Healing, The Ironworkers, CLEAResult, TBDHU Superior Wellness at Work, Cinema 5 Skatepark, Inn From the Cold, Metis Nation of Ontario...whew.
New relationships and partnerships coming for the year ahead with new workshops rolling out this month. Stay tuned folks. Here we go.

I am very excited to announce that I will be offering sessions through Connected North come September. This will be the launch of the Bully? Not Me! series where children and youth are invited to share and participate in conversations about bullying prevention and create meaningful content that shows their own faces in commitment to bullying prevention and opportunities to practice kindness. More to come. I think there will be lessons to learn from the youth for all of us!
