Yes we know.. everyone thinks vegans main meals are salads.. but in all honesty we consume our veggies in so many different forms beyond salads. If you're looking to make a tasty creamy salad, use cashews or walnuts (alkaline) and blend them with some water and seasonings of your choice. You can even add some avocado, pepper or sundried tomato into the blender. Fry up some chickpeas on the pan, cut some delicious local tomatoes and fresh herbs and you have yourself the tastiest salad ever!! 🥰 Enjoy!!

Foraging adventures in Ontario 🌱🌾
shared some lovely treats in her garden that most people (including me) would overlook in the forest. We picked some grape leaves, horsetail, motherwort & Russian kale!
