Great morning Wake up, mindful breathing and stretching into the day.

If you haven’t heard of Yogawakeup app, it is truly the best way to wake. Instead of an annoying alarm you start to hear the soft voice say “good morning” as your guided into a morning stretch right from your bed if you choose or lay a mat on the floor next to the bed which is my personal preference.

It’s the best way to get the body stretching out the sleepy state your body is in. Wakes up the nervous system in a calm and peaceful way. Clearing your body and mind to start your day on the right note.

Try the app you may just love it as much as I do.

Breathe in all of life’s goodness! The day belongs to you, make it a great one! 🙏🏻 😉

Inspiration words for you to consider. We all want to be proud of our children and their accomplishments, but don’t let their success define you as a parent or a person.

I personally want my children to have drive and be successful in theirs lives, but more importantly I want them to be humble and kind. ☺️

We breath about 20,000 times a day but how well are you breathing right now?? Sometimes when we feel that afternoon hump and we automatically reach for a coffee or chocolate, instead, stop for just a minute and take 10 slow deep breathes. Maybe your brain just needed some H2O.
