We are just at the end of peach season here in Ontario, Canada where I am from. Eating peaches has so many benefits as I listed in the post. When it comes to your skin, ceramides in peaches promote moisture retention, which can improve skin texture. There are also studies that showed the flesh extract used in prevention of UV damage. Peaches are fiber rich and fiber rich diets protect us against a range of conditions. Peaches may improve allergies because they may inhibit the release of histamines, reducing symptoms from overactive immune systems, and my also limit inflammation. Papaya has many health benefits which I listed in my post. The two enzymes, papain and chymopapain. Both enzymes digest proteins, meaning they help with digestion and reduce inflammation. The high vitamin C can help boost the immune system, allowing the body to fight illnesses. There is Lycopene, a natural pigment found in the red or orange, (along with green tea) studies have shown it can help againt prostate cancer. One Papaya a day can do a lot of good. There are so many recipes you can look up or contact me for some. Most people scoop the seeds out but they are edible. It tastes sweet and is soft in texture if it is ripe. Papayas with red and orange skin are riper. Store them at room temperature to allow them to ripen before you eat them. Bitter Melon – Preparation for Bitter Melon Tea – It can be easily prepared at home. Do not expect to drink super strong tea. Cut the bitter gourd in half lengthwise and remove the insides with a spoon. Do not throw away the seeds, but simply separate them from the insides. Cut the Bitter melon in half again, and slice it into pieces that are 1mm wide. Spread the bitter gourd and seeds on a plate and place them in a sunny, well-ventilated place for 1-2 days until dry. Once ready, toast them with the seeds in a toaster oven until they turn a light brown color, and you're done. Remember to store them in a sealable container to prevent them from absorbing moisture (I suggest keeping them in the refrigerator). You can drink it hot or add lots of ice and make it into an ice tea. Look up other Bitter Melon recipes on the internet. Always use natural ingredients. Bitter Melon is an ancestral food that has so many benefits but one I forgot to put in the post was it also seems to have anti-inflammatory properties with all those other benefits.

STEEL CUT OATS are not instant, they take time to cook. Do not cook the oats with any sugar or it will not help anxiety. Add natural fruit instead to make it sweet. Cook the steel oats with Blueberries (or any fruit) and then add them on top also, it will turn purple and add lots more fiber. You can add any natural fruit to sweeten it up. Try to add water and not milk. If you really need some milk (regular, almond or oat milk) add a little at the end when it is in the bowl. If you have anxiety I hope this helps.
