To train for success and see measurable results with your fitness, you only need a few simple steps, but the main points to follow include:

First, good form is essential. 🏋️‍♀️
Proper technique and alignment while doing weights or cardio will help you maximize your workout and minimize the risk of injury.

Secondly, it is important to have a plan of action before going into each session. Whether you are trying to build muscle, burn fat, or improve your speed and endurance, having clear goals will help to guide your actions and keep you motivated on those days when it feels like all you want to do is give up. 👈

And by far the most important part in reaching your fitness goal is consistency. Whether you go every day or three times per week, making exercise a regular part of your routine requires discipline and dedication.

Supersets or Drop Sets?

Both of these weight training techniques are great for athletes for building muscle strength and size.

Supersets involves executing two exercise back-to-back with little or no rest between repetitions. Drops sets on the other hand involves progressively decreasing the amount of weight being lifted over several sets.
