This Isn’t Trade Policy. It’s Economic Warfare.

Let’s call it what it is: the U.S. imposing baseless tariffs on Canadian goods isn’t about border security, protecting American jobs, or—laughably—Canada’s role in the U.S. fentanyl crisis. This is economic warfare, plain and simple. A bully throwing punches because they can, hoping we’ll just take the hit.

These tariffs aren’t backed by evidence. They’re not grounded in facts. They’re political stunts designed to create leverage. And while American politicians play their games, it’s Canadian businesses, workers, and families left paying the price.

But here’s where we fight back—not with empty rhetoric, but with our wallets:
• Buy Canadian. Every dollar spent on local products strengthens our economy.
• Support Canadian businesses. They’re on the front lines of this economic battle.
• Invest in Canada’s future. Let’s build resilience where it matters most—right here at home.

We don’t need to play by the bully’s rules. We just need to stop funding their strategy.

1) Overuse of the IT band for endurance athletes in sports such as cycling and running.
2) Tight hip muscles - hip flexors especially.
3) Stiff Knee joint - lacking full extension of your knee will prevent full quad muscle activation and will put extra stress on the IT band causing it to be sore on the side of the knee
4) Weak glute muscles - this will break down your running form and also transition movements like getting up from a chair or getting out of a car
5) Tight ankles impacting the arch of your foot - if your foot lands at awkward ankles it will transfer the stress improperly putting compounding stress on the IT band.
