Through a transformative guided breathwork journey, you’ll be supported in moving stagnant energy, clearing emotional blocks, and expanding your capacity to feel, receive, and connect.

I’m in love with the messy in-between.

There’s something so sacred about holding space for a woman in her becoming🦋

In the raw, vulnerable transitions

In the uncertainty

In the space of feeling stuck… yet carrying a deep inner knowing that the stagnation is there to serve a higher purpose.

It is one of the most beautiful, divine experiences a human can go through.

When people ask me what transformational coaching is, this is what I mean.

I hold space for the “no longer, but not yet.”

A journey of:
✨ moving through stuckness
✨ connecting to your intuitive self
✨ connecting to your authentic voice
✨ coming back home to yourself

The end of that cycle broke me open.

The final days of the Year of the Snake felt quite challenging for me 🐍

And in many ways, it mirrored what this past year has felt like.

Not so much externally…
But internally.

My system leaned deeply into the purging that was happening.

It took my spiritual practice to a whole new level 🙌

I can’t even begin to describe the depth my meditations took on. Each one felt like a major energy healing session in itself.

Perks of being a Reiki practitioner: you get to facilitate healing for yourself on a daily basis.

Over this past year, I was continuously presented with old stories, deep-rooted emotions, unconscious patterns rising to the surface.

And here’s the thing…

I actually loved every minute of it.

Because I knew this work was in service to me.

And now, stepping into the Year of the Horse, I can feel why.

I feel lighter.
More free than I’ve ever felt in my entire life.
More inspired to create ✨
More inspired to serve 🙏

The purging created space.

Space for something I can’t fully put into words yet.
Something I don’t even have full awareness of.

But I know it’s big.
And I know it’s beautiful 💜

And part of that… is sharing the wisdom I’ve gathered over the years.

For those who feel called to become healers.

For those who want to expand their gifts.

For those who simply want to learn to facilitate healing for themselves.

I’m offering a Reiki Level 1 Training on March 28th, and I would absolutely love to teach you Reiki if you feel called 💗

If you’ve been feeling like you’ve lost a piece of yourself, or like you lost the most important part of who you used to be and you’re trying to get her back, here’s what I want you to know 🤍

The honest truth is… she no longer exists.

And trying to go back to her isn’t what will serve you.

What will serve you is embodying a new way of being that’s been waiting for you ✨

The part where you “lost yourself” didn’t happen so you could return to who you used to be.

It happened so you could experience a radical restructuring of your purpose and your place in the world 🌍

The process of restructuring can look like this:
-Grieving your old self 🤍
– Questioning & dismantling old beliefs
– Letting go of who you used to be and allowing that part of her to die 🔥
– Beginning to explore what you want life to look like, but even deeper, what wants to happen through you ✨
– Nurturing your becoming 🦋

And once you’ve nurtured it enough, the reality where you get to step into and embody this new way of being becomes available to you. any time you choose 💫

You were never meant to go back.
You were always meant to go on a soul journey that leads you into deeper alignment ✨

Hopping on this trend because I think it’s a good one.

Liv in 2016 ❤️

This was the year before what I call the year the door was knocked down. Before I entered the season of my life that changed everything.

This version of Liv really defined her identity and her sense of worth as a dancer. She was much more unsure of who she was, and she carried a lot of pain.

But she also loved what she did, saw beauty in so many things, and worked hard to bring her dreams into reality.

And she was so grateful for everything she had experienced up until that point.

A decade later, I can say I’m glad parts of her have moved beyond the state of being she was in.

& I also deeply love this version of Liv ❤️

It’s wild to look back at the parts of you that have died, and the essence of you that still remains alive✨

For those who know me well, they’d tell you I’m not a “do one thing” kind of person. I believe the magic of life lives in variety ✨

This past month in Southeast Asia was truly epic.

Epic because it had everything.

🌊 Restful beach days
🤍 Time with my love
🕊 Visiting sacred sites + time for my spiritual practice
💃Fun & playfulness
🐈 Cats
🌶 Incredible food (my spice tolerance definitely leveled up)
🌿 Time to simply be✨
💍 Oh… and an engagement. Also pretty special

Deeply grateful for all the layers life brings 🙏

As this year closes, I’ve been sitting with what it taught me.

Here are some lessons I learned or deepened in 2025.

In sharing this I hope you take what serves you, and leave what doesn’t 💗

1. Being first, doing second.

2. If you’re in a rush, it’s not spirit led.

3. There’s nothing you need to do, nowhere you need to be.

4. Let it be easy.

5. You can be whoever you choose to be.

6. Your power is love.

7. Listen first, then move. Not the other way around.

8. Being seen in your humanness & full vulnerability is the greatest gift we can give one another.

9. We are much more powerful than we think we are.

10. Live less from the mind, more from the heart.

11. Trust it all.

12. We are here to have fun!!!!💃

13. Lead with devotion. You will be guided to what wants to happen💗

14. Practice unconditional love for all living beings. Remember, they are you, you are them.

15. Remember your godly presence🕊️

16. Slow & steady always wins

17. Life is not against you, it’s always happening FOR you

18. Life holds more magic than we think it does✨

19. Ask and you shall receive. It’s already done.
