What if the most important nutrient in the entire world was right in front of you every single day. And what if you were told to avoid it, or that it could hurt you? Better yet, what if this nutrient was completely free, for everyone, and available anywhere in the world? ⠀

In fact, it’s often been said, that this one nutrient is the basis of all life on this planet. It can prevent disease and even cue your body to produce hormones that it needs for optimal health each day. In fact, it can even regenerate the cells in your eye. It can give your skin a healthy glow, and increase dopamine, the feel good hormone. All life on this planet captures this nutrient in one form or another and uses it to produce energy, heal, produce hormones and communicate. Exposure to this nutrient at the right time (nutrient timing) can actually protect you against exposure to that same nutrient if, at a later time, you get too much. Lack of this nutrient causes disease, depression, weight gain and ill health. Knowing this, most doctors and “experts” recommend avoiding it. ⠀

What’s the most important nutrient to build healthy humans? Vitamin C? Magnesium? Omega 3 fatty acid? Nope. What’s the one nutrient that every lifeform on earth needs to survive? What controls life on this planet and is the basis of all life? Right now, I’m bathing in this nutrient as I write these words and I’m soaking up some nutrition. The number 1 most important nutrient?⠀

SUNLIGHT ☀️⠀

Sunlight is a nutrient, specifically Ultraviolet-B (UVB) light, Ultraviolet-A (UV-A) and Infrared-A (IR-A) help our body to produce the hormone vitamin D sulfate on the skin, produce melatonin, dopamine and even set the body up to better absorb sunlight later in the day, protecting against too much sun. The form of vitamin D produced by the sun is water soluble and can be more easily absorbed and used by the body. The vitamin D we get in pills and food does not share these characteristics, it is not sulfated and is not as effective as that from sunlight. ⠀

Give yourself permission to chill and relax.

🤍Joy is that special element that gives texture and flavor to our daily life. Without it, we are left with closed hearts and minds. We need to learn how to find, grow, and share it.

Life is a series of painful or joyful moments, which follow each other in an endless cycle. Whenever pain comes near us, our only salvation is to seek places of beauty, joy, and peace. Wherever there is joy, our souls can heal.

Souls who are capable of love are also capable of immense happiness and joy. Joy is the path that leads to both love and happiness. Once we devote ourselves to cultivating joy, we discover that we are surrounded by love.

Life gives us many reasons to be upset or sad, yet it is in our power to convert every negative moment into a beautiful memory, simply by deciding to express our inner joy and to let our joy take over the world. Joy is the cure to the sickness of the soul.

One of the richest sources of joy is getting totally immersed in an activity and putting all our soul and talent into it. The joy of creating or accomplishing something can give us an incredible boost of power.

💚The heart chakra, the fourth primary chakra, located in the center of the human body, is associated with love and understanding. Things like stress and emotional pain usually caused by bad memories, old programming, emotions, and/or overthinking, can block your heart chakra, and make it difficult for you to form and hold onto healthy relationships. Directly over the heart and the thymus, its corresponding nerve plexus is the heart plexus. This chakra affects the thymus gland and the circulatory system. Emotional issues: Love, joy, inner peace. Physical Issues: Heart attack, high blood pressure, insomnia, and difficulty in breathing.⠀

But there is something you can do. Your objective should be to try to stay connected to yourself and spot any blockage and continue to work on yourself, pointing to therapeutic activities such as journaling, yoga, meditation, and even talk therapy. Do not think, however, that if you remove your blockage one time you are done. There is no one-time fix; clearing a blocked heart chakra, just like all other chakras, is an ongoing process. Be aware of when your actions and thoughts stop your enjoyment of life, and then start unblocking. ⠀

Sharing love and doing good deeds for others is one way for you to feel loved, needed, and appreciated. However, it can become so time-consuming that you forget to focus on yourself, and it may even reach a point where others begin to expect you to to help them, in a way that's unhealthy.⠀

To avoid this, remember to establish and maintain healthy boundaries — always. This will benefit you, as well as your relationships. And that is, of course, the whole point of looking at heart chakras in the first place.⠀

So, do you feel stuck emotionally? Do you have habits that are holding you back? Looking into ways to unblock your heart chakra, and feel more open, can certainly help.⠀
