Have you ever noticed how many fad diets are out there? 💭
The keto diet, paleo diet, raw food diet, juice cleanse diet, sugar-free diet, the list goes on…
Have you ever wondered why? 🤨
I’ll tell you why… because humans struggle with STAYING CONSISTENT! People are more likely to switch to a new diet soon after starting if they aren’t seeing results (or enjoying what they’re eating).
So… the more diets out there to try, the more you can switch them if you’re not seeing results!
But I’ll let you in on a secret… the reason why you’re not seeing results is because you’re NOT staying consistent! ❌
And the reason you’re not staying consistent? Because it’s not a diet you can (or want to) maintain for life!
Moral of the story, pick a “diet”/lifestyle you can maintain for life and stay consistent ✅
