I've always wanted to find a way to live a life that I was able to design. Unfortunately, as I grew up, I realized this was easier said than done. I worked in the pharmaceutical industry for the past 13 years. Life in the rat race was not always easy. Driving distance, time away from family and changes in jobs due business restructuring eventually made me decide I need to do something. My job didn

't allow the time and financial freedom I was looking for, and I wanted something where I felt I could really make a difference. I started my online entrepreneur journey back in early 2017. I decided I wanted to be a stay ay home dad and run my business during the day when kids were at school. This online business gave me the freedom to get house chores done and be available for my family on my schedule. I have learnt a lot over the last five years being involved in ecommerce, building website, social media, blogging, affiliate marketing, network marketing and email marketing. If you ask me, I seem to have done it all. Failed a lot, spent a lot and succeeded in some areas. All this online learning truly taught me a lesson which has made me stronger today. I searched for quite some time to find an answer to my situation. It was during my search that I realized there are a lot of others just like me who are also searching for better options for making a living, but they usually end up getting sucked into internet scams and online rabbit holes. This is one of the reasons this site was created. I wanted to help others navigate the jungle the internet has now become and share what I've learned about creating a lifestyle of personal freedom as an online entrepreneur. Mentors are important and this is why I made it because my mentor guided me on the right path so I don't deviate. In this online business there is so much distraction and its important to stay focused. I am proud to be part of this team where we can help others with health and if they so desire build a long lasting business. I am committed to the meaning of FOCUS which is Follow One Closely Until Successful. The reason WHY I am doing this is because:

1) I want to build a business that provide financial freedom to my kids and would last for many generations.

2) I want to pay down my debts and be financially free.

3) I want to travel the world with my kids and wife and not having to worry when the next pay will come. Residual Income!

4) Being able to enjoy my hobbies on my own time.

5) Want to be a servant leader by helping others with their health/wealth by duplicating what I have done. I'm also looking to connect and work with like-minded people. And with the recent financial crisis, I feel that what I have to share is more important than ever. Green Lady Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 large handfuls of spinach or kale
1 cup frozen honeydew or canteloupe
1 frozen banana
2 scoops French Vanilla Life Shake

It is so easy to overeat, especially during the holidays. But don’t panic! It happens to the best of us. Unfortunately, all that excess can leave us feeling bloated, nauseous, guilty, and sad.

The most important thing is to remember that your slip-up is not an excuse to forget all about your healthy eating goals. Here are 10 tips to help you bounce back from your holiday binge.

1. Stop feeling guilty about overeating during the holidays. Instead focus on getting back to your healthy habits.

2. Don't weigh yourself yet. It will take time for you to shed those extra pounds.

3. Get rid of all the leftovers that are not part of your healthy eating plan.

4. Go for a nice long walk. It will help burn off the calories and even out your blood sugar.

5. Sleep it off. Sleep deprivation has been associated with an increased appetite so make sure to get at least 7 hours of sleep every night.

6. Go back to your regular eating pattern. Skipping meals doesn't help you recover from binge eating. It may even enhance your cravings leading to another binge.

7. Stay hydrated. Water helps with digestion and fights sodium and carb bloat.

8. Try yoga. Yoga helps promote healthy eating habits and may help prevent emotional eating by reducing stress, depression and anxiety.

9. Develop a regular exercise routine.

10. Practice mindful eating.
