Lately my reset routine is just 5 minutes a day with an affirmation card and my journal 🤍

Some days it’s the only moment I get to myself.
Some days it helps me breathe through the chaos.
Some days it reminds me to focus on the small joys instead of the overwhelm.

Even a tiny pause can shift your day 🌸

If you’ve ever felt like life is moving too fast, try this:
• Pick a card/ affirmation that speaks to you
• Write down a thought or feeling
• Take a deep breath and just be in the moment

It sounds small, but these little rituals really add up and can help you feel grounded, calmer, and more present.

Reset in 5 (minutes): Yoga for Busy Moms ✨

Some days, I’m running on empty.

As a toddler mom, I’ve learned something important - if I don’t take care of myself, I can’t fully show up for my son. And this season? It’s chaotic… and beautiful. Both can be true 🤍

So I created this 5-minute reset. Not a spa day, not an hour practice. Just something simple and realistic that fits into a full and messy life.

If you’ve been feeling stretched thin, you’re not alone 🫶

Day 7 of your 7-Day to Release Stress

Today’s pose: Pigeon Pose

Deep hip release 🤍

We hold so much tension in our hips — stress, sitting, long days. This pose helps you let go and finish the week feeling lighter.

Benefits:
• Releases deep hip tension
• Eases lower body stiffness
• Helps you feel grounded and open

How to do it:
• Bring one knee forward, extend the other leg back
• Square your hips as much as comfortable
• Stay upright or gently fold forward
• Relax your shoulders and jaw
• Breathe slowly for 5–8 breaths, then switch sides

Modifications:
• Place a cushion under the front hip
• Stay more upright
• Or do a seated figure-4 stretch instead

No mat. No special clothes. Just a few intentional breaths.

Today’s pose: Seated Forward Fold

Release tension. Feel calm.

This gentle stretch helps quiet the mind and soften built-up tension in the back of the body.

Benefits:
• Releases back and hamstring tension
• Calms the nervous system
• Encourages deep relaxation

How to do it:
• Sit tall with legs extended
• Inhale to lengthen your spine
• Exhale, fold forward gently
• Relax your neck and shoulders
• Breathe slowly for 5–8 breaths

Modifications:
• Bend your knees slightly
• Hold your shins instead of feet
• Sit on a cushion for support

No mat. No special clothes. Just a few quiet breaths anywhere.

Today’s pose - Goddess Flow

This gentle flow helps release tension while building strength in your lower body, no mat or special clothes needed.

• Strengthens legs and glutes
• Opens hips and chest
• Boosts energy and confidence

How to do it:
• Step feet wide, toes turned out
• Bend knees into a squat
• Inhale arms lift
• Exhale lower with control
• Move slowly with your breath

Modification:
• Keep the squat shallow
• Hands on hips for support
• Slow the pace

You can do this anywhere — at home, at work, or while traveling.
