I’ve been “falling” in love with our Autumn blends lol! Hey I have to make light of a “scary” season, for many reasons. The only good thing for me about summer ending is that I love the fall season with its beautiful colours and spicy scents.

This is my favourite blend! I use it everyday on the bottom of my feet. Can also be applied to your chest, neck and spine. With the kids going back to school, this is a great way to help support their immune system.

Good morning and happy Sunday! Day 7 of my Sunrise challenge and the last day. I actually watched the sunrise today and had some company doing it. It was so bright and lovely. And a perfect way to end off the week because our final chakra for the week is all about reverence for life.

7th Chakra - Crown chakra

Location - on the top of the head

Colour - purple

Body systems - central nervous system/Pineal gland. Top of the spinal cord, brain stem, pain centre and nerves.

Mental/ emotional attributes - bliss, spirituality, connection, oneness, divinity, faith, feeling whole and in harmony with the universe, mysticism, reverence

This is the spiritual chakra. The one that connects your physical body to your higher power and to the abundance of the universe, no matter what religion you are or what your spiritual beliefs are. This is the chakra that gurus thrive on and everyone wants to achieve in complete balance. This chakra is best activated and aligned when in meditation or when in reverence for life. Best way to align this chakra is to align all the others that come before it so you can be fully grounded, present and open to the universe allowing the energy to completely flow through you and to you.

My essential oil good day formula for today... (along with a short meditation)

Highest potential - mind elevation and empowering, helping you to reach and connect to your highest potential

Awaken - increases spiritual awareness and awakening, expands consciousness

White Angelica - “Angel in a bottle” this oil is a protecting blend that connects you to the angels and the universe. After meditating using the other oils you would apply a few drops in your hand, rub them together and inhale. Then you would brush your hands over your crown chakra and down over your body to help smooth and clear your energy body.

Mantra for today - I am connected with my Higher power at all times. I see the Divine light in everyone. I am open to receiving guidance from my Higher wisdom. I recognize my higher purpose and I am on my path toward fulfilling it now.
