Today, on Emotion Awareness Day, we recognize the importance of paying attention to, understanding, and being compassionate towards our emotions. This day is a reminder that your feelings matter, not just today, but every day. Emotions are a sign of being human. They are a sign of life.

Take the time to check in with yourself and give yourself space to listen to your emotions.

🧠✨ As National Stress Awareness Day comes to a close, remember: managing stress takes small actions.

Research shows that taking as little as 2 deep breaths through your nose, followed by a slow exhale, can lower your heart rate and cortisol levels — key indicators of stress.

Try this simple breathing technique:

1️⃣ Inhale deeply through your nose
2️⃣ Take a second, shorter inhale on top of that
3️⃣ Exhale slowly, fully, with a big sigh through your mouth 😮‍💨
