Attention Clinic business owners and leaders, experienced and new....I'm doing it again. Last year's event was a great success, so I'm pleased to host the second annual Private Practice Leadership Exchange. 🎉

The Leadership Exchange is an intimate, selective event for 15 private practice leaders in the physical therapy space. And NEW this year, I will be inviting three aspiring clinic owners/sole proprietors to join in the fun!

Network with like-minded individuals, share failures, successes and learn from each other. For one afternoon, competitors will become colleagues, with the same aim --> to empower ourselves to make our businesses and our industry better.

Discussions will cover recruitment, retention, performance management, delegation, marketing, systems, and operations and exit/succession planning.

Requirements:
• You do not have to be a clinician OR an owner! You must be in a decision making or influential capacity as a leader of a clinic or multi-clinic practice.
• You have at least TWO other staff members besides yourself
• Your company is generating at least $300,000 of revenue. If you are a new clinic owner or incorporated practitioner planning to grow, please indicate in the registration form.
• You are in "growth mode."
• You are willing to share your stories and speak openly.
