You started off so great. You started off with a journey. You started off with excitement.⁣⁣

The past 6 months have been something I would have never thought would happen in my wildest dreams. It has been a challenging time for myself as I'm sure most of you can relate too. I have been forced to reflect and think about things happening in my life and truthfully caused put me into a negative situation.. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
One thing has kept me going, given me some hope that things will improve has been my fitness. Not only for my body, but more importantly my 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I want to share this with you because it has helped me get out of the negative spiral I have been in for the past couple months.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
The next 4 weeks I dedicate to you, I want to help your situation and the way I know how is through health and fitness. I will be sharing daily exercises that you can follow along with. ⁣

Standing in the gym, looking around and wondering what am I going to do. Following a random workout I found online promising success, but doesn’t take into account my own progression. ⁣

Training, just like learning needs structure.⁣

𝐌𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐁𝐲 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡 strives to create training plans that takes into account where we are today and where we want to be in 30 days, in 90 days even a year from today. ⁣

Building a program over a 12 month period gives you consistency and allows you to develop and progress, always moving in the right direction. ⁣

I have a secret about self-development and growth that is often undervalued.⁣

𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐈𝐍 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐋 𝐎𝐅 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐒𝐔𝐂𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐒⁣

Our success is often linked to expectations we have of ourselves. We want to get fit, maybe lose 10-15 lbs but if we don't have a plan how can we expect to reach these goals.⁣

𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐦 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬 = 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐦 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬⁣

I always gravitate to the 1 in 60 rule. It states that for every 1 degree a plane veers off its course, it misses its target destination by 1 mile for every 60 miles you fly. This means that the further you travel, the further you are from your destination.⁣

Small actions, accumulated over a very long time make a huge difference.⁣
