Life's Unseen Turns and Discovering Dharma 🕉️

I never thought I'd be here, offering coaching sessions on discovering your dharma. You may have noticed a shift in my recent posts, where I've been diving into purpose coaching, exploring the depths of inner strength, and drawing inspiration from the profound teachings of Vedic philosophy.

Just a few months ago, I was lost in the maze of life, wrestling with the relentless question of purpose. It felt like a never-ending struggle to manage expectations, set boundaries, and deal with life's curveballs – especially when I believed I had everything figured out.

This year has been an unexpected turning point for me. It marked the release of my first book, 'The Coach's Casebook,' in which I played a part as a co-author. It's been a genuine blessing to contribute to the coaching community by sharing this precious gift.

Through the transitions life presented, I came to a profound realization. I found my own well of resourcefulness and abundance, and it dawned on me that there's no reason to feel sorry for myself. In this journey, I unearthed my dharma, my guiding North Star. It's a calling to serve my community and make conscious living more accessible by helping others uncover their own dharma. ❤️

Here's what's truly inspiring: You, too, possess the power to initiate incredible changes in your life. You have the potential to tap into your inner strength and find your unique purpose. 💯

Confidence is conveyed through the way you present yourself, your posture and how you dress. It also comes across in your tone of voice as well as how you maintain eye contact with others.

Self-care is an act of looking after one’s mental, emotional and physical health. It is important to practice self-care not only for the sake of our own well being but also for the sake of those around us.

Self care can be done in many ways, from taking time out to do something you enjoy such as reading a book or watching your favourite TV show to practicing good hygiene and eating nutritious food.

Some people find it difficult to take time out for themselves and make time for self care because they are too busy or they are not sure what self care means to them.

The key step in practicing self-care is realizing that it is possible and then making time for it.

Setting boundaries is an essential part of any relationship. It is important to set boundaries so that the other person knows what they can and cannot do. Boundaries are a way to protect yourself from being taken advantage of or being manipulated.

One consequence of not setting boundaries is that you are more likely to get taken advantage of by a person or company. You may be manipulated into doing things that you don't want to do and your needs won't get met because the other person doesn't know what they are.

Another consequence of not setting boundaries is that you will be more susceptible to being manipulated by someone else's needs and desires, which may not align with yours at all. This can lead to resentment, anger, and disappointment in the relationship as it progresses.

Burnout is a state of physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion that can result from stress or frustration in the workplace. It is important to take care of yourself and your mental health. There are some ways you can prevent burnout which include:

Take time off from work- taking time off from work is one way to help reduce the risk of burnout.

Ask for help- reach out to co-workers or supervisors for help when needed.

Find an outlet- find an outlet for stress, such as exercise, reading, or talking with friends or family members.

Learn about your rights at work - learn about your rights at work and how to ask for what you need in order to be successful.

It is important to know that this doesn't mean that you should be selfish or self-centered. What it means is that you should do things for yourself first and then share them with the world. It means that you should do things for yourself because they're important to you, not because they're important to other people.
