Every Sunday morning in July and August

Join us Sunday mornings at Sandbanks for a relaxing 1-hour class. It’s the perfect idyllic setting to center yourself while enjoying a much-deserved moment of zen.

$25 per person, includes a 1 hour yoga class.

This is an outdoor class so please dress accordingly. If the weather is inclement the class will be moved indoors.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat. Some mats will be provided, but are not guaranteed.
No children under the age of 14.

To book your class, please call us at the winery at 613-399-1839 (during the office hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm)

I will be offering some small group yoga classes at my home soon. With some of the proceeds going to charity. I am available for private, semi-private Hatha, flow, yin, restorative and aerial/ anti-gravity yoga. 🧘🏼‍♂️✨
