Your Voice Matters 🇨🇦

Health Canada is exploring a pathway to classify CBD as a Natural Health Product (NHP) — and while this may sound like a win for access, it raises serious concerns for those of us who understand and advocate for whole plant medicine.

We believe Canadians deserve:

✅ Access to quality, cannabinoid-rich products

✅ Evidence-based education — not marketing hype

✅ Regulations that protect consumers without erasing the complexity of the plant

The proposed NHP model may exclude full-spectrum products, limit patient access, and reduce the role of Cannabis-specific expertise in favour of conventional retail.

This isn’t about blocking progress — it’s about ensuring we don’t lose what matters in the process.

🌿 What’s more dangerous than Cannabis?

📚 Books – Heavy, hardcovers have fallen on more faces than we care to admit. Cannabis? It just opens minds without the bruises.

🚶 Walking – Sounds simple, but how many times has a sidewalk tripped you up? Cannabis doesn’t leave you stumbling in public.

🪑 Chairs – The ever-present threat of chair leg wobbles or that moment you sit down too confidently. Cannabis never lets you down...unless you’ve overdone it.

👠 Shoes – New shoes = blisters, twisted ankles, and regret. Cannabis? It keeps you comfy and chill without the “did I buy the wrong size?” drama.

🧨 Sparklers – Cute at first, until you’ve burned your fingers or accidentally set off a backyard firework display. Cannabis doesn’t light up your life with danger...just joy.

Cannabis: still way safer than a book falling on your face or trying to walk in those new heels.
