We are so excited to share about our Virtual Drop-in Peer Support Group starting April 24th at 7:30pm. It will run every other Monday and is facilitated by 2 of our incredible peer volunteers Anneke and Melissa. Our group is for pregnant and postpartum people who are experiencing symptoms of Perinatal Mood and anxiety disorders and/or struggling with the challenges of parenting. This group is a safe space to build community and get support from your peers and it's FREE!
