“From restless nights to real relief.”

Shana’s experience mirrors what many sleepers report when they add magnesium to their nighttime routine: improved sleep. Small, consistent habits add up.

Magnesium is the top supplement pick for midlife women. It can calm, aid sleep, support muscles, and improve mood in one smart mineral.

It’s foundational in perimenopause and menopause because it supports over 300 body processes.

It's not craziness, it's clarity. Women in perimenopause aren't losing it—they're seeing clearly where boundaries have been weak, where they haven't stood up for themselves. It's about finally saying what you feel, no holding back.

You need a hydration plan, and here's why: When you're hydrated, you have to p*e. And needing to p*e forces you to get up and move. It interrupts whatever you're doing—and that's the point! It is not optional, there's only so long you can hold your p*e you know!
