If diets actually worked, we wouldn’t see most people gaining the weight back.

The truth? Diets are built on restriction and control.

➡️ Your body pushes back with more hunger.
➡️ Your brain gets fixated on food.
➡️ And real life doesn’t follow rigid rules.

So it starts to feel like you’re the problem…
when really, the system was never designed to last.
