Can’t get enough of coffee. I’ve recently started drinking black coffee so I know I’m in for much more staining on my teeth. Thank goodness I have Wicked White at my disposal to erase my stains without the sensitivity!! .ca

Know when to change your toothbrush head. The colour on the bristles is there to help you visualize the wear on it. Once it goes to the halfway mark, it’s time to change it. Your toothbrush also should never look like it’s cleaned grout!! If it’s all splayed, even after months of use, you’re brushing too hard!!!

My hemoglobin finally cooperated (just barely) so I was able to donate again. I try to donate as often as I can but I often don’t pass the hemoglobin test beforehand.
