It is interesting how we are focused on our ”health” but forget that health is a balance of 4 important aspects of our lives.
Emotional, Physical, Mental and Spiritual. I am thankful for my family and enjoyed yesterday, thankful for today and look forward to making the best of the day!

Sore from yesterday. Today I did some punching bag work and some bike to keep the legs going. I have water retention after not taking care of myself for so long.
