THAT (APPARENTLY) INEXPLICABLE ANXIETY

Non-situational anxiety is a common symptom caused by accumulated damage in the human biofield’s energy patterns.

The biofield can be seen as the counterpart of the physical body’s nervous system but in energy. Both hold and convey information that is vital for biocommunication and bioregulation. Both are responsible for communication between systems, organs, and cells in the body and interact with the brain and the immune system. The biofield and the nervous system communicate to the brain any malfunction so that the brain can take proper steps to keep the body balanced and healthy.

The main difference between the biofield and the nervous system is that the latter is confined within the physical body and uses electric energy to convey information. In contrast, the biofield surrounds and interpenetrates the physical body and uses subtle energy to convey information.

Like in any informatic system, also the information in the biofield can break. This event originates from a drop in the frequency of the energy pattern that contains the information. Most of the time, these drops are caused by emotional traumas the body piled up in its lifetime.

When the brain pulls up a negative memory (expressed in electric energy), we generate a negative emotion (expressed in magnetic energy) accordingly. The blend of these two energies forms an electromagnetic field that can sit anywhere in the biofield lowering the frequency range of energy patterns passing through. Consequently, the information carried by the energy may break and become indecipherable to the brain or another organ.

ANXIETY
As the brain’s ultimate goal is the body’s survival, it ceaselessly receives information from the biofield about the safety of the body’s environment. Suppose the brain starts getting an unusual amount of incoherent information due to negative feelings causing a drop in the frequency of the energy body. In that case, it automatically assumes that some of it could be related to the body being in a hostile environment or the target of an imminent threat. Consequently, the brain activates the sympathetic nervous system, which triggers anxiety for the body to be over-alert about its environment. In this configuration, an abnormal amount of energy is instantaneously conveyed into muscles to support the body in fighting or fleeing a hypothetical dangerous situation.

Due to this unbalanced body mode, all other organs and systems perform with minimal energy. Thus, the brain becomes foggy, digestion is difficult, sleep is disrupted, and the body’s immune system underperforms. This unbalanced body configuration can occasionally cause intense anxiety or panic attacks until the broken energy patterns in the biofield are repaired.

BOTTOM LINE
If you are feeling inexplicably anxious or experiencing a panic attack from nowhere, the reason is that your emotional body is filled with negative feelings piled up down the road.

In case of an anxiety attack, follow these simple steps.

1 - Most importantly, keep saying to yourself that it will pass. Typically, ten minutes after the onset, the attack symptoms subside.
2 - If you are in a building, get out or find a quiet room. The energy in the room or office where you are might have triggered the attack.
3 - Breathe with your belly and through the nose. Inhale for five seconds and exhale for another five seconds.
4 - If you have water at hand, drink it in small sips.

In more severe cases, the brain prevents the body from switching back to a balanced mode until energy patterns are repaired.

Use your Bum & Feet to clear your mind

Thoughts and memories are electromagnetic fields where the electric part – the signal that streams through synopsis in the brain – holds and carries the analytical information about the thought or the memory. The magnetic part contains information about our feeling related to that thought or memory. Every time we pull up a memory, our body revives the feeling we experienced in that event.

Over time, we tend to lose the analytical and emotional details of our life events, so the older the memory, the less intense the feeling we experience every time we recall that event.

Every day we process an average of 8,000 thoughts and memories, many of which scale back from the conscious to the unconscious part of the brain, creating mental and emotional clutter.

One of the most exciting benefits of meditation is that it allows the brain to clear the clutter, allowing the body to take a break from all the feelings we piled up during the day. For this very purpose, a meditation should be short, easy, and discreet enough to be performed on most occasions.

We have found that a short meditation Geraldine and I called Bum&Feet is ideal whenever the brain and the emotional body need a break from clutter and intense negative feelings.

1 – Seat on a chair, a bench at a park, or wherever you are when you feel the need for a mental and emotional break.

2 – Rotate your should and lock them back to assume a correct posture and release the tension in your neck.

3 – Put your hands on your knees and close your eyes.

4 – Focus your brain on the part of your bum that touches the chair and the part of your feet that touches the ground or floor. Focus on these two spots SIMULTANEOUSLY and hold the focus for three or four minutes.

If your brain wanders away, bring it back to these two spots.

As per its nature, the brain struggles to focus consciously on two subjects simultaneously. So, performing this task steels energy from previous thoughts and memories that vanish from the conscious and subconscious areas together with the related feelings.

At the end of the meditation, you should feel improved brain clarity and deep body relaxation. If needed, repeat and extend the process to five or more minutes until you reach the goal.

Healing insomnia as it manifests

According to 2022 statistics, one-third of adults experience unsatisfying sleep. If you have insomnia, we don’t have to explain how debilitating it can be for the physical, emotional, and mental bodies.

Insomnia results from a neurologic or medical disorder. But, it can also be triggered by emotional factors such as depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder or neurologic disorders such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. When we are deprived of sleep, the sympathetic nervous system – which controls the fight or flight response – increases activity at night, preventing the body from falling asleep.

While we sleep, the immune system releases small proteins called cytokines to fight body inflammation. Insomnia does not directly cause inflammation but prevents the cytokines from releasing, causing heat and swelling in the body.

On an energy level, sleep deprivation can cause many issues in our biofield, from simple energy misalignment to spiritual disconnection – a biofield condition in which a person loses life purpose and direction – and anything in the middle.



Aside from the precaution listed below, we have news on how to fight insomnia. Read on.

1 - Do three minutes of Bum&Feet meditation every time a negative thought arises and before going to bed at night.
2 - Practice diaphragmatic breathing twice a day. Ideally, the last session should be in bed at bedtime after the Bum&Feet meditation.

3 - Avoid caffeine. It’s not forever; just switch to decaf for a while.
3 - Eat a light dinner at least two hours before bed, and don’t forget good fats like olive oil, avocado, and salmon.
4 - Make sure you drink at least two liters of water daily, but don’t drink lots of liquid before bed.
5 - Keep your bedroom dark and at a temperature of around 20 degrees Celsius.
6 - Limit as much as you can screen time after dinner. A book is way better.
7 - Exercise every day to get more restful sleep. Even a one-hour walk makes the difference.
8 - Avoid stimulating activities before bed.
9 - Try yoga or Pilates to relax your body and mind.

We treat the issue at night as it manifests to bring the body back into control of the parasympathetic nervous system. Its primary role is to relax or reduce your body’s activities.
