Interoception is your inner compass, guiding you toward your best work and relationships.

When you can sense and interpret your body's signals amidst stress, you gain the ability to respond skillfully rather than react blindly.

Developing interoceptive awareness helps you improve emotional intelligence, stress management, and interactions with colleagues. This unlocks access to deeper wisdom, resilience, and emotional intelligence - powerful assets for workplace performance and leadership.

Here's a mind-blowing fact: a whopping 80% of employees are ready to wave goodbye to their current jobs in favor of ones that place a premium on mental wellbeing.😮

As an HR professional or manager, this stat is scary. With ‘quiet quitting’ on the rise and talent retention more important than ever, prioritizing your team's mental health is key.

The mindku program makes it easy with science-based micropractices to help employees manage stress, increase focus, and build resilience. The exercises take just minutes and create a healthier, happier workforce.

Don't wait for your star employees to quit over lack of work-life balance or burnout. Be proactive and show your team you care about their overall wellbeing. Mental health support not only retains talent but boosts productivity and engagement too.
🙌 It's a win-win for both employees and the bottom line!

Is Your Organization Prioritizing Mental Health?

In this 2019 study, less than half of the employees felt that mental health was prioritized at their company and even fewer saw their leadership team as advocates.

Employees want to be able to talk about mental health, balance and emotions at work. In fact, the younger generation demands it and will leave if they aren't getting the support they need.

People are leaving great jobs and want to work for organizations that prioritize mental health and wellness, even if it means less pay.

Helping employees feel cared for and supported in their mental health and wellness journey is something you can do for happier and more productive workplaces.

Mindku's team program focuses on this and builds resilience and connection through mindfulness and meditation micropractices for healthy, happy, and productive teams; in person and remote.

Take a deep breath.
Reduce stress, connect, and shape your culture.

♾ As for us those who choose to embrace the infinite mindset, our journey is one that will lead us to feel inspired every morning, safe when we are at work, and fulfilled at the end of each day.  And when it’s time to leave the game we will look back at our lives and our careers and say, “I lived a life worth living and we will see how many people we’ve inspired to carry on the journey without us.”

✨ Creating a culture that inspires an infinite mindset doesn’t just impact your corporate culture, it impacts the family and friends of your employees, business partners and customers. Think Ripple effect! ✨

𓁷 We are human beings every day and not just when we leave the office.
Emotional and social intelligence is beneficial both in and out of the workplace. Often times workplaces advocate leaving emotions at the door but this has devastating effects on the business aswell as everyone that works there, from assistant to CEO. After all we are emotional humans. More and more companies are now starting to take this concept more seriously and looking for ways to embrace the nuances of human emotions in the workplace and better the collaboration among employees and create happier workplaces, thus better results.

Daniel Goleman, a renowned behavioural scientist says that “the part of the brain which supports emotional and social intelligence is the last circuitry of the brain to become anatomically mature and because of neuroplasticity, the brain shapes itself according to repeated experience”.

Neuroplasticity is a very interesting and current topic as more and more research is seeing how we can literally rewire our brains through meditation and in this way self heal and improve our capacity to understand and manage our emotions and even eliminate self-destructive behaviours. Incredible, do you agree?

One mindfulness tip to put into practice each week. This week we introduce a simple earth element meditation 🧘🏽

The elements that make up our bodies and our form are the same as those that make up the world around us. These elements are constantly in exchange, and connect us to all other beings, and the earth around us.

When we forget that we are connected, pain and suffering can arise. We might see ourselves as separate from the world and in this separation seek relief in the external world instead of finding it from within.

The following meditation and exercise helps us remember the connection between ourselves and the people and places around us. Now more than ever is it important to remember that we are not separated but all and everything connected. We are not unique in our pains nor in our desire for happiness.

↠ Take a seat in a comfortable posture
↠ Check your posture, straight yet comfortable spine. And grounded through the seatbones
↠ Close your eyes and focus on the breath
↠ Bring awareness to your body’s outer silhouette
↠ Now slowly guide your awareness inwards, past muscles, bones and organs
↠If you can, zero in on the molecules which make up “you”. Remember that these molecules together make up this space and form your body has.
↠ You and the earth in which you sit, are made of the same building blocks
↠ Notice the exchange of molecule within and without through your breath and/or visualisation
↠ Rest here in the awareness that there is no separation between “you” and your world.
↠ Let your breath, and the quality of your mind reflect the qualities of the world you’d like to live in
↠ Remain open, spacious, and free from needing anything around you to be different

Finish with a few mindful deep breaths, connecting you further to the earth through your sit bones and feet. Sit for a moment with what you notice from the practice. Share a heart if you tried ♡
