I have come a long way. I have to thank God for bringing me to this place of happiness and gratitude.
I finished school this year after a long and stressful journey; I travelled during the summer, moved back to Toronto, got a job and now continuing my health journey with a clear mind.
I have struggled to lose weight for the past five years, with overeating, binge eating, self-sabotaging my goals and not being consistent.
When your mind is not clear, stressed, overwhelmed, grieving and is struggling mentally, it's so much harder to be consistent to live a healthier life.
The best thing to do is not put pressure on yourself and deal with your mental health first because it will save you time in the long run. 😊
I feel like I have a sound mind to be more consistent, follow through with my health plans and achieve my goals.
I learned how to be happier, wiser, healthier and I am excited to see the future me!! ❤️❤️❤️
