Who struggles to find motivation when it comes to their health and wellness? 🙋🏼‍♀️ As a mom, it can even sometimes be a struggle for me to prioritize! Sometimes it feels like there just aren’t enough hours in the day! There’s always food to make, toys to pick up, laundry to fold… I mean, the list could really go on.
Carving out “you time” is just as important (if not more) as the other to-dos of the day. It’s about making the time and forming the habit. It won’t happen overnight, and it won’t always be perfect. You just have to start somewhere and eventually you will forget what it was like not to have a moment of the day that is yours.
