Dr. Tasmia Hussain is a highly motivated Registered health and exercise practitioner. Tasmia is an MBBS (Bachelor of
Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery), further complemented by a
Master of Public Health (MPH), from Bangladesh. Tasmia has achieved diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from
Centennial College. Tasmia has the certificate recognition as a registered health and exercise practitioner (RHEP) by Ontario Fitness Counsel.
Driven by a passion for empowering individuals to embrace healthier lifestyles, Tasmia has launched her fitness business in Toronto. She is the director of Move N Fit with Tasmia. Providing Fitness and wellness training both online and in-person.

With unwavering dedication to promoting wellness and preventing
illness, Tasmia is poised to make a significant contribution in this
exciting new chapter of her career.

Hello everyone,

If you want to start your journey together to achieve a healthy lifestyle, join my online fitness class.

The first class is all about: introducing each other, orientation about how I will train you, physical assessment: height, weight, balance, few basic exercises.
Set up schedule.
First class is free.

One-on-one training online class is $25 CAD for 45 minutes of exercise training. I will teach you the proper exercises to reach the goal.
One hour training
also include healthy diet and lifestyle coaching. I will answer all the questions you should have related to fitness.
As many classes as you want.
Minimum 1 class each week.
You will pay $100 CAD in advance, before the 2nd class starts, confirm your registration and set up the schedule.

You can also bring your friends and family to share the screen- time to stay motivated and consistent.

Hello everyone, we can all improve the quality of this meal if we put in some extra effort. We will skip carbohydrates in the breakfast. We may eat a small amount of carbohydrates for lunch if we really do not have any extra fat stored in our bodies. But I can bet my friends, we all have a lot of stored fat (energy/ food bank) in our tummy 😭. lol 😉 We will try to avoid caffeine. We may have green tea / herbal tea instead. No added sugar, please. 🫣We will not fry our eggs. We may boil our eggs or poach in boiling water. We will not cook out vegetables. We may have organic fresh salads, citrus fruits seed, nuts, Greek yogurt or steam our vegetables. No added salt please. 🙂We will try to add variety of colours on our plate. To add some taste, we may add extra virgin olive oil, with some spices of our own choice to drizzle on the salad. Good luck everyone! 🥰
