OUR MISSION
Our mission is simple: to spread empathetic movement like wildfire and build self-love rather than self-shame. You often hear that working out is CRITICAL for both your physical and mental health, but then why is it that so many of us a) find fitness hard to stick to, and b) feel so much guilt and shame around movement and our bodies??? Gyms can be intimidating, overwhelming, and often

times actually trigger our insecurities instead of helping us heal and grow stronger. We’re a team of coaches that came from the same place you did: burning ourselves out daily at the gym trying to “look the part,” all the while feeling depressed, anxious, and exhausted from constantly trying to be “good enough.”

Today we are a group of passionate humans who actually LOVE movement and use it in tandem with psychotherapy to express self-acceptance and heal collective trauma (DOWN WITH THE PATRIARCHY!). Now we want to pass on what we know and share that empathy and love with others. Whether you’ve had a bad experience in gym when you were younger or feel like you’re just never enough... Here are the two things we strive for:

1) Giving you an uninterrupted hour of time be your true self, free from societal pressure to be something or someone else.

2) Holding space for you to discover things about your physical, emotional, and mental self. Learn to (re)connect with your body and mind and practice asking for what you need. What would feel like care for you?
