If I told you you could love your mom pouch by taking one teaspoon of a supplement daily , would you be interested?

If I posted this right now to Reels or TikTok, I would undoubtedly receive the hundreds or thousands in comments from people saying they were interested .

Sadly, most women fall prey to these false marketing tactics from shady companies wanting your money . They prey on your desperation , your need for a quick fix.

Here’s a little Monday truth bomb for you :

If you want to get in the best shape of your life , you’re going to need to work for it .

Pretty deep huh?

But the reality is , most people want the easy way out .

Most people will easily spend $$$ on useless weigh loss supplements ( MLM shakes , ketones and potions) , yet shy away from hiring professionals that can actually help🤷🏻‍♀️ thinking it’s too expensive .

Tell me, have you ever reached for a quick fix?

I have .. But trust me when I say this- getting in the best shape of your life after 40 is most definitely possible .

But you need to put some skin in the game and have the right professional to guide you

Let me tell you what’s expensive : the cost of your health and well-being .

About to find out if blondes have more fun 😉

Ok so this might be a bit of fake news .. 😅.. the lighting makes it look much lighter but I’m enjoy the moment 😜.

I’m loving my new color thanks to who I trust 💯 with my hair . We were able to get it from red to a mid -smokey grey blonde in a few month without damage or bleach .

And to think I was a diva with the red …😉

Happy Saturday everyone! Pretty chill day fir me recovering from a night out with awesome friends . Such an amazing time was had ! We went to Ruth Chris for dinner and I might need to mortgage my house to pay for the bill 😂… all I kept thinking was how many leggings I could have bought 😅.

All worth it . Memories, food and drink are always at the top of my priority chain over things 🥰

Strong is not only sexy-It’s Essential 💪🏻

Ladies over 40… listen up …..

Despite being sexy AF, muscles mass is our most precious relieve as we age .

We can lose 3% of our muscle mass per decade over the age of 30. Why is this important ?

Other than being sexy AF, it’s what keeps you strong, independent and mobile .It’s what keeps your metabolism strong during peri and menopause and help slow down the dreaded weight gain .

And I’m not talking cardio or Zumba here … you need to train for strength .

Fearful of getting too muscular? You should be more@concerned about losing muscle than gaining it which is more difficult at this stage .

So don’t fear the weight rack …. It should be your best friend 💪🏻

Certain foods can tweak your brain chemistry, resulting in helping you stay energized and calm .

Add a few of these to your meals weekly abs let’s get happy 😊.

🍑🥬 Fruits and Veggies : Studies show that those who eat their greens report a higher level of mental well being

Chia Seeds are full of antioxidants and fiber , which is linked to better moods ( ahem when your digestive system is moving , you feel better)

Walnuts: women who eat Walnuts on the regular exhibit fewer depressive symptoms! They nutritional
Nuggets also help combat inflammation.

Cacao Powder : Mmm Chocolate ! It’s true Chocolate makes you feel better ❤️‍🩹. It may help to keep your anxiety at bay as it contains high levels of antioxidants and if a “ feel good” food. ( reach for dark chocolate or cocoa powder … a Mars bar doesn’t quite fit the description 😆

Strike a pose 💫

Of you’ve ever ventured on stage with 5 inch plastic heels , you know this doesn’t come easy .

I’ve competed 7 times and posing and stage presence never gets easier. It’s probably one of the most underrated part of bodybuilding competition.

While I’m not being 💯 serious in this clip ( I’m not doing any of the proper figure poses here ) , most will agree that a posing session will leave you sweating and sore🥵

If you are thinking of gracing the stage , start your posing as early as you can during prep and hire a posing coach .

Your physique can be top notch but if
You can’t highlight it properly or ooze confidence onstage , you could suffer in your placing .

So go get your shoes and start practicing!

You give life to what you give ENERGY to💫

Happy Monday! Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! I was off the gram for a few days kicked out of my account AGAIN 😩as they suspected unusual activity and that I broke community guidelines by using a 3rd party app for monitoring my unfollowing .

The Gram is cracking down on use of any third party apps ( followers/ unfollowers , likes etc ) so beware of using these programs or anything where where you need to share your password.

I’ve been shut down multiple times in the past for attempting to clean up who I am following .

Personally, I don’t understand why we are penalized for unfollowing those who unfollow us. I fully understand wanting to limit mass unfollowing , but they are targeting innocent users like myself .

I would hate to lose my account after years of growing it so I’m going to stay on the good and narrow 😇 and stop being a rebel 😅.

Note: if you want a safe way to track your unfollowers , I found a method that is a bit tedious but works that works - DM me .

I stopped using engagement groups for this reason a while back as my reach was actually declining as a result . Do I have less comments as a result ? Yes of@course , but at least now I know the engagement I get is willing and not forced , so thank you to those who continue to support me🥰

Ok rant over 😜. Onwards and upwards we go!

Happy ! Hope everyone is having a fantastic day . I’ve been super b***y with my FT Corporate job since returning from vacation and settling back into my workout and diet .

The good news is that the few lbs I gained while away are gone so goes to show that one week off-track is not going to derail you completely .

The key is to get back on track and move on.
