🌿 Life & Practice Update 🌿

Hello everyone, and thank you so much for your continued care and connection.

I’m currently extending my maternity leave and will share an update when I plan to return to practice. This past year has brought profound changes, both personally and professionally, and I’m incredibly grateful for the space to be present with my family during this time.

Though I’m not currently offering sessions, I remain deeply committed to my growth as a practitioner. I’ve been continuing my education and learning within community, with a focus on maternal health—something that has become especially meaningful to me over the past year. These experiences are enriching my perspective in ways that I hope will make me an even more grounded and attuned support when I return.

While my schedule is on pause, my heart for this work has not changed. I believe strongly in the power of compassionate, client-led support. In every session, my intention is to honour your emotions, nurture self-compassion, and explore your unique perspective within a safe and respectful space. You steer the ship; I’m here to support you with tools, curiosity, and encouragement to help you move through whatever season you're in.

I’ll post here again once I know when I’ll be returning. In the meantime, I’m wishing you clarity, kindness, and moments of gentleness in your own journey.
