I’m Niki Watts, a mom of 1 and wifey, artist and music and food lover.
I am Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Wellness Specialist, and Yoga Instructor 200 RYT.
I create programs for women & moms who are out of shape and are struggling with managing their weight, have low energy and are exhausted all the time.
I train them on how they can look and feel totally amazing again by incorporating various types of exercises & yoga flows so can get more out of their workouts and achieve the results they desire!
Helping many clients reduce and relieve back pain by guiding them on which exercises, yoga poses, fascia- release stretches & rolling techniques and stretches to do. Also guides clients on what oils & alternative pain modalities to use for pain management.
Teaching & using Yoga as a powerful tool with myself and students to help manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, and PTSD.
Educating & Empowering empaths, moms, and women about using essential oils (for their home, personal health and business), clean eating, and resetting your body through detoxing so they can take back control of their health, and feel like their vibrant energetic selves again. Had GERD many years ago myself and had gained weight from hormone imbalance as well, and the solution that helped me lose the weight and get back my energy was doing a detox to reset my body, then continuing to eat clean and gluten free, while incorporating movement daily.
Teaching and Empowering Girls and Women how to defend themselves using martial arts and kick-boxing techniques. Currently working towards black belt with Grand Master Terry Popovich of Above & Beyond Self Defence.
Which has given me the expertise to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals so you can feel great, inside and out!
And when I’m not Training clients and teaching classes, I can usually be found doing art or making music with my lil monster, gardening or getting spiritual by playing with my tarot, pendulum, crystals, and singing bowls.
