✨Gratitude & Growth✨

Had an amazing time up north — family time, catching up with my bestie, good food, and deep rest.

After months of nonstop stress and hustle, it felt so good to just be.

As someone born in Toronto and raised in Muskoka, I’m lucky to have the best of both worlds — the city’s energy and the north’s calm.

Today, I’m reflecting on everything I’m grateful for:
💛 Building a business from the ground up since 2016 — full-time, with incredible clients — while being a mom, running a home, and keeping it all together.
💛 Loyal friends and family — the real ones who show up, lift me up, and don’t lie & gossip behind my back. The solid ones that have my back.
💛 Every client and student I’ve guided through their transformation journey.
💛 My yoga, exercise, and self-care routines that keep me grounded and strong. Inner warrior strength.
💛 Being strong and resilient AF during stressful situations and the resilience to adapt when life throws curveballs. Being that calm strength my family needs.
💛 The peace of nature — my reset button.
Gratitude changes everything. 🙏

My adventures at CHFA 2 weekends ago..

This was a first for me.. never been to CHFA before.

What a really cool event it was.

Lots of great food, gluten free options of course, lots of samples of both food and supplements.. and was awesome to speak to some the wellness and supplement companies/vendors that were there.

Loved trying out some new products too that haven’t been launched yet.

I will say after getting a tea and accideny burning my hand after, I did get to try out this NOW magnesium lotion on it and surprisingly the lotion helped get relief right away-can’t wait til that gets launched, I’ll be getting some of that seeing as worked so well.

Made out really good, so good I filled a suit case and some bags with samples and products. Plus it was fun to chat with the wellness and supplement companies that were there.

And let’s not forget about the food-oh my gosh ate so much food there (only gluten free options of course for me).. I was so full at the end of it.

Would totally do this again. And highly recommend if you’re into health and wellness.

Hi! I'm so glad you’re here! I’m Niki Watts, a mom of 1 and wifey, artist and music and food lover. I am Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Wellness Specialist, and Yoga Instructor 200 RYT. I create programs for women & moms who are out of shape and are struggling with managing their weight, have low energy and are exhausted all the time. I train them on how they can look and feel totally amazing again by incorporating various types of exercises & yoga flows so can get more out of their workouts and achieve the results they desire!
