I find that movement and exercising with Pilates included has evolved in my life and in many of my clients because their bodies are not the same, and I want to respect that and listen to that.
I’ve seen many women and men get injured by working out as if they were 22 year-old when they are not and pretending that their bodies will respond just because…. 😏 especially in our 50’s we must listen to what works and what doesn’t regardless of what fitness gurus tell you!
If you know my work, I have been teaching movement and combining many modalities that I have studied for over 20 years, but I always ask my clients first how they are doing, what they are feeling, so I can support their bodies with freedom of movement, strength, flexibility, and stability.
