GOLDEN RULE: Thoughts are just thoughts! I know for a lot of us it’s super common to experience less than desirable thoughts and self talk. When these unhelpful thoughts strike, it can definitely throw us off and put us into a less pleasant mood. It’s important to remember when these thoughts strike we have the power and control to manage the distress they bring. Here are a few things we can say to ourselves when we find these unhelpful thoughts creeping in.
