Yoga Grove Classes Temporarily Suspended.
We've made the difficult decision to close the studio, in support of the government's directive to stay at home at this time and in the interest of keeping everyone as safe and healthy as possible. We will reopen in 2 weeks or when we're given the green light to do so.

Cupcakes from that I brought for my precious students to celebrate my last practice teaching class today. I can’t believe it, but all 52.5 hours of practice teaching for my YTT at are finished! FINISHED! When I started teaching in September, I didn’t think I’d ever get here. Now just a final paper left to write and then I’ll be certified. 💛🙏🏻

Some more good news! I’m going to be teaching a PWYC gentle yoga class at every other Tuesday at 1pm beginning next week on March 17. If you are available, please come! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 All levels, no experience necessary, and all equipment is provided although you are welcome to bring your own mat if you like. If these classes are well attended, I might get my own full-on paid class in the future! Eeeeeee! So excited to see my name in MINDBODY as an instructor. 🙌🙌🙌

I’m so excited to be starting as a volunteer yoga teacher at CAMH in April. I’ll be teaching outpatients aged 16-29 years old. They have a perfect room we can use for it called the Sacred Space. It’s a quiet room used for prayer and reflection. I can’t wait to start! 💛🙏🏻

In anticipation of finishing my 750-hour (whew!) YTT at , I’m creating an IG for just my yoga teaching. And what better time to do it than after attending a wonderful Full Moon Yoga with Live Music event with amazing last night. 💛🙏🏻
