Many of the people she works with are thoughtful, capable, and deeply responsible — often holding everything together for others while quietly managing chronic stress, family dynamics, illness, or difficult early experiences.

Her work creates space to explore those patterns, reconnect with your needs, and build greater self-trust and ease.

She supports individuals navigating complex childhood histories, chronic or invisible illness, identity shifts, and midlife transitions — especially those who identify as highly sensitive or struggle with boundaries and people-pleasing.

Her approach is person-centered and grounded, integrating parts work and somatic awareness so insight can lead to meaningful change.

Before becoming a therapist, she spent over 20 years as a music educator supporting individuals and families through seasons of growth and transition. As a second-generation Canadian, she also brings an understanding of how culture, belonging, and family expectations shape our inner lives.
